Help I threw away my set up cartridges on my HP DeskJet 2823e - how do I override this

Help I threw away the set up cartridges for the HP Deskjet 2823e - I put in brand new HP 67 black and tri colour cartridges but the printer won't print and keeps giving an error asking for set up cartridges  - is there a way to override this?
