[Help] Where to redeem my free trial instant ink?

I have set up my hp printer with the smart app but have never see any free trial instant ink related option.  And now I login my account and there is no information about how many months of trial I have.  (I should have 4 months trial)

PLS HELP as I should have register/ redeem by 7 days from set up?? It’s already 4-5days!  

and I have tried to subscribe a plan too, but at the end it asks me for the credit card payment info and so I have go on.

Please how to redeem the free trial?
