Hello,
I recently got DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 from a relative that didn't use it in the past few years.
After I set it up, the printer prints blank pages only.
Ink status:
Quality-status page also turns out blank.
I tried to look for updates but it says "updating printer failed".
Your help is much appreciated,
