Hi! I recently bought the hp deskjet ink advantage 4175 but as I am checking and testing out the printer I noticed that there is a shadow beside the letters whenever I print something online. I read online that it's about the allignment of the cartridge whichI don't know how to fix it  and I tried asking chat support but nothing helps. So if there's anyone who knows how to fix my problem please don't hesitate to comment your solutions. Thank you in advance.
