- Hi i am having issues with my Hp inkcartridge.

I have an issue with the black cartridge in my printer. First I got an error, I changed the cartridge, but the problem is not solved. I have an supcription to instant ink. The cartridge is brandnew, I even have tried another new one. Still the same issue. The message is that the estimate ink level is empty.
Can you please help me?
