I tried printing a page of passport photos on A4 Glossy Paper (e.g. multiple faces in a black frame). The pictures come out with black lines /smudges that get worse as you go further down the page (see picture). The printer makes a ugly scraping sound that gets worse as it prints.
When I print the diagnostic page I can see that all colors are clean except the dark black color bar which looks uneven and the square which is slightly blurry.
I have tried all the printing quality tools (smudge removal, alignment, cleaner etc) multiple times without any improvements.
I'm looking for guidance on any fixes I can make or how I can get a new black cartridge to test as a member with instant ink subscription.
