I am getting little horizontal marks 1-2 cm in length all the way down the page after printing.  I have taken the toner cartridge out and tried to clean it, and I have taken the imager and tried to clean that and even used some compressed air to make sure there was no pet hairs or any dust or dirt on either.  The printer is only 4 months old.  Please advise

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
