Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for information related to remove stored ink from your Printer.

There is no way to remove the ink from the ink tanks.

However, you can perform cleaning the printhead to use the leftover ink in the tanks before refilling them with new ink.

 

Click on this video link to perform the printhead cleaning multiple time and that will drain the leftonver ink from the tanks and let me know if that resolves the issue.
