How can I get my MFP M281fdw to print darker

How can I get my 281 to print darker?  I've made the adjustment thru the menu and it made the output a little darker but not enough.  Both color and B&W look too light.  I can find nothing in any of the software that allows darkening the output.

I'd like to help!

Lighter/Darker options are available under copy settings, let's try these steps:

1.) From the home screen on the printer control panel, touch Copy.

2.) Swipe to the right or left for the desired number of copies, or touch the keypad icon 

, and then enter a number.

3.) Select Document,  touch the Settings icon 

4.) Lighter/Darker.
