Hello, 

 

I purchased an Officejet Pro 8710 printer.  The setup cartridges included with the printer were damaged and leaking ink.  I am unable to complete the setup of this printer because although I have purchased and installed new cartridges the display on the printer is directing me to install setup cartridges.  Can i purchase these from somewhere, or is there a workaround for this issue?
