Assuming you got an HP Business Inkjet 2600 (C8109A), the only reference(s) I could find with regards to "print(er) head", was this:

You can buy these printheads online (they are pricey no matter where I looked), such as this Amazon purchase option: Amazon.com: Replacement Parts for Printer PRTA35657 C4810A C4811A C4812A C4813A Printhead Replacemen....
No idea how this particular purchase option will work out for you, but at least you'll have Amazon's, quote: "Eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement within 30 days of receipt" guarantee.
