I need to speak with someone in regards to your over priced dried out cartridge. I am looking for replacements as my printer will not function without one.
If this is not possible I will have no choice but to buy a new printer (not from HP)
I have always been an HP printer user, however this situation is causing me to reconsider.

To better assist you and determine the best possible solution, we kindly ask that you send us a private message with the following:
- 📌 Printer serial number
- 📸 A clear photo of the ink cartridge (showing the label and condition)
- ⚠️ A screenshot or photo of the error message displayed on the printer
Once we receive this information, we’ll investigate further and guide you toward a resolution.
