Hey, i was wondering if there is any printer that can print a colored logo on a mylar bag. (see photo attached)

A label is likely your best solution for that problem. The challenge is laser will probably melt the mylar and inkjet will not usually bond to the slipper surface causing runs or flake off of ink.
