Product: OfficeJet Pro 9025
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have an issue with lines developing on my prints.  I can see the issue is the printhead.  How can I buy a replacement?  According to HP's parts list search it could either be:

3JB15A - IW SuperAmp Rplcmnt Kit (PHA, host Cart.)

3JB16A - HP 962/963/964 PH /Crtg Out of Wnty Kit

 

Which one do I need????

Where can I get it?

 

HP Parts claimed that it can't be ordered online and eBay shows similar but not the exact part number.

HP Recommended

The first one3JB15A is for a warranty replacement, the other one is for out of warranty replacement 3JB16A they both work but the difference is for HP monitoring.
You will probably find much easier the out of warranty printhead kit for purchase, and there could be some differences in part numbers.
