Try these steps:

2. Clean Cartridge Contacts
- Turn Off Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove Cartridges: Open the cartridge access door and remove the problematic ink cartridges.
- Clean Contacts: Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water or isopropyl alcohol to clean the copper contacts on the cartridges and the corresponding contacts inside the printer.
- Allow to Dry: Allow contacts to dry completely.
- Reinsert Cartridges: Reinsert the cartridges into the printer.
- Restart Printer: Close the access door, plug the printer back in, and turn it on.
3. Reset the Printer
- Turn Off Printer: Power off the printer and unplug it.
- Wait: Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug In and Turn On: Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

5. Check Cartridge Compatibility
Make sure you are using the correct cartridge model for the HP OfficeJet 8015e. The correct cartridges are typically the HP 910 or HP 910XL series ink cartridges.
