Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 655 Wireless All-in-One

The quality of my printing is unacceptable.  I have cleabed the print heads numerous times, but the lines remain.  I have purchased replacement print heads, but I cannot access the print heads on my printer.  HP advise that this means the print heads don't need to be replaced.  The qulity of the printing is not acceptable with the current product quality.  How do I fix the problem?
