Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Deskjet printer that is controlled by my computer's software which is Windows 10 professional.  I am wanting to clean the ink cartridges by using my "Settings" option and going to ink cartridge cleaning.  I cannot find any path that leads me to the ink cartridge cleaning option!!??  Is this option even available, and if so, can you help me with a path to that option?  I've been doing it manually with some warm water and a swab and leave it clean.  I can print one document fine.  I wait two or three days and the cartridge either prints so poorly I can't distinguish one word of a text document.  I must clean it manually again and it is a pain. I just want to be able to clean the ink heads with the mechanics of the printer via my computer.
