HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have a Laser Jet MFP 477 fnw that is showing smearing and ghost images when I print.  The issue is showing on the left side of the printed page.  I've tried to find solutions to the problem, but it doesn't seem to be a cartridge of paper issue.  Nor is this an issue from using the ADF.  Anyone come across this issue and know how to fix?  Thanks.IMG_3399.jpeg

That is a damaged fuser roller. Nothing much you can do, the fuser needs to be replaced.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Do you happen to know the part # for the fuser roller?  And do you think just the roller needs to be replaced or the entire assembly unit?  Thanks

Patience is needed for this. HP does not supply the parts by themselves. If you look on Ebay or Amazon you will likely find companies selling components.
