Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234dw Printer

I have installed the AC-H1340A-C Premium Toner Cartridge HE-W1340A-Econ into my HP LaserJet M234dw and I am getting Error 11.  It does not recognize this toner at all.  I cannot get in contact with the HP Support team, and I really need a response.  Please help.  Thank you.

If this is a non-HP cartridge your support options are limited. The -econ on the part number suggests this is 3rd party. Quality 3rd party vendors will supply instructions that you need to follow. HP makes no guarantees or provides support for 3rd party. Turning off cartridge check through the embedded web server might get the cartridge to work. If you have a 234dwe you can only use oem toner, which you agreed to when setting up the printer.
