I went to Walmart today to pick up ink, came home, opened the cardboard box and the plastic around the cartridge was wide opened. I didn't know the Walmart and hp policy for returns so figured someone bought the ink and it was the wrong size cartridge. I go to try to use it and my printer gives me an error saying it was already registered and then I saw there was NO ink left in the cartridge. I went to Walmart, obviously, to try to return it and let them know it was empty so they don't package it again but I was told I couldn't return it and that I had to contact HP. I don't know how to get the right answers and yes, definitely a refund on my cartridge or now paperweight. Please help!
