I have recently cancelled my monthly subscription as I hardly ever print any documents. However, I have been paying a monthly fee and cannot recall the last time I received fresh ink cartridges.  Today I had an acknowledgement that my subscription has ceased, however there was no mention of refunding me any of my unused monthly instalments. How do I get my money back?

The HP  doesn't matter if you print or not, they charge you monthly for the number of pages you subscribed to.

Thank you for responding to my message. I must be naïve but that strikes me as very unethical - I thought I was pre-paying in advance of needing a replacement cartridge. I cannot recall over the past few years when I’ve had a replacement cartridge - I’d taken to buying them from a local stationers as and when I needed one. Consequently I believed I had built up some unused “Credit” with HP and as the system isn’t benefiting me I expected to be able to have my money returned- in essence I’ve been paying and receiving nothing in return. Very, very disappointing.
