Installed new hp63xl cartridge - printed alignment page that was not complete. Did cleaning and still not working - printing was missing several areas. Installed a different new cartridge at that one worked. Cartridge warranty expires in 2024 - how do I send this back to HP and get a replacement. (went to Staples first but they said to contact HP - have tried to get phone support but unable to do so
