Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw

Imaging Drum (HP 32A) has 18,000 pages left

Brand new Toner  Cartridge (HP 30X)

Set at 1200 dpi

 

Printed page looks like gray on white, not black on white

 

I had to run printed pages through Canon photocopy machine at max-Dark setting to get readable page.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
  • Are you printing from your phone or computer?

If you have already performed the steps from the document: Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
