Welcome to the HP Community --
What you do depends on the underlying reason the prints are lighter than wanted or expected.
First, make sure the printer is ready to do its best work:
HP DeskJet 2600, 2700, 4100, 4800 printers - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
Use high-quality paper of the right brightness, type, and weight for your printer.
Brighter paper will better reflect the colors applied to the paper during the print process.
The apps and software you have available on your device (computer, tablet, phone) might include editing tools to change the characteristics of the printed content.
HP Smart for Windows and Mobile (and possibly MacOS) include simple editing tools to manage colors.
Example - HP Smart - Windows - Print Edit tool set
Select "Adjust" to edit colors and brightness
