I submitted a question about toners 2 years ago.  I have since received 170k+ responses about everything HP ever made that have nothing to do with my question.  How do I stop this insanity?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

Visit the HP Account Page: Go to the HP account home page and scroll to the very bottom.

Privacy Statement: Click on the "Privacy Statement" link.

Contacting Us: Scroll down to section 10 titled "Contacting us & How To Make a Complaint".

HP Privacy Office: Click on the link to the HP Privacy Office.

Privacy Feedback Form: Complete the form and select the option to delete the account.

If I delete the account, do I lose the ability to login to the Community?  Would I need to set up a new account if I wanted help from the Community?  Based on the info you have provided, there is apparently no way to filter responses to just the product I am dealing with.

The steps shared above was to close the account that was registered with HP and this will end the all the communications you are receiving. However, you can continue to use your HP community/forums account.

I am unable to find the specified links.  When I scroll to the bottom of the 'HP account home page', there is a link for 'Your privacy choices' but nothing about a 'Privacy Statement' link.

Ignore my last reply.  It appears the links do not function properly in Google.  I found the Privacy Statement using Firefox.
