How much MORE DIFFICULT can HP make it to request a replacement for a defective ink cartridge? It's not as if these cartridges are cost effective by any means! YET, HP frowns when you use a substitute (non--HP) ink cartridge.
Can ANYONE give me concise and accurate information as to the process for receiving a replacement?
