Hi, I bought the printer from Bangladesh and using it for few years now in Bangladesh as well. Recently I bought a new cartridge from Bangladesh which are getting imported from Malaysia, when I inserted the new cartridge its saying "the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer". Please help me to reset the region code so that I can continue to use the Original Malaysian HP Cartridge. After searching the web for couple of days I guess this is the right solution.

Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
