Hi @rp1_-,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To disable low ink notifications on your HP Officejet 4630 E-All-In-One Printer, you'll typically need to access the printer's software settings. Here's how you can do it.
- Access Printer Software: Open the HP printer software on your computer. This software usually comes pre-installed with the printer driver.
- Printer Toolbox: Look for an option called "Printer Toolbox" or "Printer Preferences" within the HP printer software. This might be accessible through the Start menu on your computer or by locating the printer software in your list of installed programs.
- Settings: Once you're in the Printer Toolbox or Printer Preferences, navigate to the settings related to ink or cartridge notifications. This might be labeled as "Supply Levels" or "Ink Levels."
- Notification Preferences: Within the ink or cartridge settings, there should be an option to manage notifications or alerts. You'll want to find the option related to low-ink notifications and disable it. This might involve unchecking a box or selecting "Off" or "Disable" for the notification.
- Save Changes: After making the desired changes, be sure to save your settings. There may be a "Save" or "Apply" button at the bottom of the window.
- Exit: Once you've saved your changes, you can exit out of the printer software.
By following these steps, you should be able to disable the low ink notifications on your HP Officejet 4630 E-All-In-One Printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
