Product: Laser jet pro mfp277c6
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I took the cartridge drawer out to clean leaking ink. 2 silver bars came off on the right. I can only figure out where 1 goes and can’t figure out how to put cartridge drawer back in no diagrams in manual

I understand that you are unable to close the ink cartridge door, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you please share the picture of the sliver bar?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-color-laserjet-pro-mfp-m277-series/7089945/model/7654942/doc... refer to "Step 2: Replace a low or empty toner cartridge" By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.
