Product: HP 56 BLACK INK

Where do I find the expiration date on the packaging of an unopened box of printer ink (HP 56 BLACK). I read that this is on the cartridge but I do not want to open it up.

It's stamped in lower right corner on the back side.

That green package is pretty old, those are not used for years now.
