Hi how do I make a complaint preferably to head office/CEO? Made contact with company 7 times and had 6 no reply and one cut off.

Thanks

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to write a letter to HP's Reading corporate headquarters in the UK:

I am disabled/long term ill and cannot get to a post box/office and dont have a printer. To be fair you would think hp should have an email address for complaints. I have searched for an email address but get sent back to support. I am beginning to have major regrets buying an expensive laptop. Its been a nightmare. I don't have a working lap top. I just want a replacement plug/adapter as a spare, as I left mine somewhere and because they didn't reply 3 times I ended up buying  the wrong one. I just want them to collect it and to give me the correct item to purchase.have filled in returns form twice only to get vague email back, no deatils on when and they wante to print my own labels which I cant. Sent complaint to parts service as had no where else. They just asked for my product number already included in the email.! Clearly hadnt read it nor did they apologise. That's just a summary. I rely on my laptop as I can't leave the house and its also my TV have been watching TV on my phone etc. Please help before I have a breakdown.  Many thanks

You're very welcome.

Since this is a peer-to-peer forum and we don't work for or represent HP, I have given you the only assistance that I can--the address where to write a formal complaint to.

Perhaps you can ask someone to mail the letter for you.

No I don't have anyone and it's all typed up. Don't have a printer either

I appreciate your time. What a ridiculous situation a giant tech company with no email for complaints? Never buying hp again25 years ive been a loyal customer and it's worth nothing

Thank you again
