Hello all. I am trying to chat with a real HP person, not a bot or AI. I have not had any luck finding a link to chat. I have a billing issue. HP charged me twice for ink (that I only received once). Appreciate any help.
Thank you.

I am not enrolled in auto ink shipments! I could never use that much ink. I need to understand if I was charged twice for ink ordered in June. On June 25, my credit card was charge. Now, again today, the same amount has been charged.
