How do you clean HP printer 5255 printer heads.  Yes, I'm technically challenged. ugh.

Is your printer the Officejet 5255?  If not see the procedure here to find your product number.

 

Before cleaning the printheads - what is the issue you are having?  Cleaning the printheads will use ink and is rarely necessary.  The printheads on the Officejet 5255 are built into the print cartridges and replaced when the cartridges are replaced.  I would suggest if you are having print quality issues to go through the troubleshooting steps in order, especially check the ink levels. The troubleshooting steps in the document here show how to clean the printheads in Step 10.
