HP is sending me the wrong ink and not when its empty. Cant fill out request anywhere and their customerservice seems closed down. So just sitting here with printer. Joy to the world

I understand your receiving ink cartridges from the instant ink service before ink goes out.
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details, or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
