How do you, in the simplest way possible, return a faulty ink cartridge

I'm just trying to return an ink cartridge that won't work. I get the message that says it's a setup cartridge. All I want is to know where to send it for a replacement,  but it's not as easy as it should be

You can ship cartridge back to HP to recycle or drop it at recycle section at your walmart and other stores.
