@FredZ121,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

This is an interesting question, let's see if I can at least add some perspective.

First, your HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer was released by HP in the year 2014. Second, HP released the HP 950 and 952 ink cartridges in 2013.

Now, Hewlett-Packard (HP) typically provides support for their printers for a period of 5 to 10 years from the date of the product's release. This includes software updates, driver support, and availability of consumables such as ink cartridges.

However, it's important to note that the exact duration of support can vary depending on factors such as the product's popularity, market demand, and HP's internal policies. In other words, HP can make changes to their support policies at any time.

With this in mind, a quick look at the current HP 950/952 Standard/XL ink cartridges market share -and more recent released printers than yours (using the same ink cartridges), makes me pretty confident that the HP 950/952 ink cartridges should be available for purchase via eCommerce sites such as Amazon for at least the next 5 to 7 years. Mind you, this is my personal opinion, as I do not speak for or represent HP.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
