How many pages can I print from 1 set of ink cartridges for HP Officejet Pro 9012e ?

Setup Cartridges that came in the box?

Five or ten pages of average cover per print.

What?!

Setup Cartridges are tiny little things and meant to initialize the printing system.

They are not meant to get you very far down the road.

Regular size cartridges don't go very far either -- they just don't have the capacity.

What you get depends on what you print.

Reminders

This printer is protected by Dynamic Security.  All ink used in the printer must include the embedded HP chip.  The HP-Chip requirement is NOT related to HP+ and it is not related to Instant Ink.

AND

This printer requires all ink cartridges to be installed AND functional.

What?

If you run out of ink in one or more cartridges and do not replace the cartridge, the printer will stop working.

Why?  The mechanics are designed that way.
