I recently bought this printer from Walmart it was on clearance and it did not bring the SETUP cartridges at it was one of the display printers.

 

When finishing setting up the printer on the app an error came up (Error E0), I figure it was because I needed to buy ink for it. So I did, I bought 67 hp ink put it in and the error didn't go away, the error on the app persists to use SETUP cartridges

Please help! is there any way to bypass this so I can use my printer!!!! :'(

 

I chatted with HP member and we lifted the top held wifi button for 10 seconds closed top and that didn't work

we disconnected printer from outlet for 60 seconds and that didn't work either

 

please please I need help

Hi @cossingsanimal,

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are receiving a "use setup ink cartridges" error

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
