I have a black ink cartridge from the instant ink plan that has failed. Prints one line OK, then a line very faint and broken, one line fine, one or two faint and broken. Tried all the cleanings and fixes and nothing worked. So I went to Office Max and bought a new cartridge, and it works fine. So it is your cartridge that has failed and needs to be replaced with a new one under the plan.
My name is Doug Earle, Edited printer is Envy Photo 7155, Cartridge is #64/303, Black ink. I need the replacement ASAP.
