How to I cancel an HP instant ink account.

I moved to another country and need to cancel the HP instant ink account. 

There is no option as I can see to do that. I tried every option (website, HP chat, HP call-back. HP Virtual assistant etc). All of no use as if this case never ever occured. 

So somebody please help me delete my HP instant ink printer or even the entire HP accounts. And please don't tell me choose the "delete account" option. IT DOESN"T EXIST.
