HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer

Hi everyone,

I keep getting an error saying"Ink Cartridges Problem: Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge."

I have attempted reinstalling the cartridges several times and I have even wiped down the leads and electronic components with a lint-free cloth. However, even when installed correctly, the ink cartridge error appears. I have since replaced the cartridges with new, full ones, yet I still receive the same error. What should I do to bypass the error when I know that my new, good cartridges have been properly installed?
