Hi @Sandyshoe,
I'd like to help!
Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash player that was required for HP Solution Centre. There is no update on new software as of now.
You can print using Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:
• Go to Control Panel - Devices and printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
• Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.
Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.
Note: If the printer is not found in the list, try Deskjet 990c or Deskjet 6980 to install the printer as these are the generic printer drivers.
To check ink levels try the below steps -
1. Click the start button located on the bottom left of your computer monitor
2. Select “View Devices and Printers”
3. Click the printer you’d like to check the ink or toner level for
4. If the printer is designed to provide ink or toner status, the information should appear at the bottom of the Devices and Printer.
If you can’t see the ink or toner levels in the area indicated above try the following:
1. Click on the “Start” button
2. Select “View Devices and Printers”
3. Right click the printer you’d like to check the ink or toner level for
4. Select “Printing Preferences”
5. Click on the “Services” tab on the far right
6. Click on “Device and Supplies Status or Estimated ink levels”
Note: In order to retrieve your ink or toner status, your printer must be connected to your computer and turned on.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
