My lazerjet pro 200 color 251 printer prints horizontal black bars and I want to fix that.  Online it looked like I need to clean the drum so please tell me how to remove and clean the drum and advise as to any other potential remedies thank you

HP Recommended

The drum is a part of the toner cartridge. YOu can remove the cartridge and clean the drum by rotating, but that will probably be only a temporary fix.
