Hello my daughter has a photo printer 7100 and needs to clean the print head. New cartridges but still getting bad copies

cannot find the option to clean print head on the scr

Are the copies from the Printer printing well?

 

Try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05541385

 

There is no option to clean the printheads.
