HP Recommended

Hi, I keep getting "blocked message" on my printer. There is no paper blockage, and after I googled the problem it said that the print heads needed cleaning, this makes sense as printing quality is not good. Problem is I don't know how to clean, I am working from  Android mobile and would appreciate any help..
