I understand your HP Smart Tank 675 All-In-One printer is not printing in proper color, there could be several reasons behind this issue.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check ink levels: Ensure that your printer has sufficient ink levels in all the color cartridges. If any cartridge is low or empty, replace it with a new one.
- Run a printer cartridge cleaning: Most printers have a built-in function to clean the print heads and cartridges. Look for the cleaning option in your printer's settings menu and run the cleaning process to clear any clogged nozzles or ink buildup.
- Align the printer cartridges: Printer cartridges may need alignment to ensure proper printing. Your printer should have an alignment option in the settings menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to align the cartridges.
- Check printer settings: Make sure that the printer settings are configured correctly for color printing. Ensure that the print settings in your computer or device are also set to color mode.
- Calibrate the printer: Some printers have a calibration feature that adjusts the colors and alignment for accurate printing. Look for the calibration option in your printer's settings menu and follow the instructions to calibrate the printer.
