I have tried several approaches to finding out how to determine the number of pages printed by my neew 9015e-the manual, chat with HP (Hopeless!), searching the internet. So far no answers. Apparently HP can tell because I've signed up for their ink program and the charges are based on the number of pages I print.

Hi @wvwoody,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-In-One Printer How to Determine the Printer's Total Page Count in Windows? Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Assuming the printer is on the network,  and the Full Feature Software (printer program) is installed, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

Open your favorite browser >

type / enter the Printer IP address into the URL / Address bar >

Total Page count only:

tab Tools > Product Information > Printer Information

Full report

tab Tools > Reports > Usage Report

Click here for Embedded Web Server (EWS). (P{age 51)

Alternate (as available for your software):

Printer Assistant shortcut icon on Desktop named for printer > Click on Ink Levels Icon or Utilities

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
