I am printing from word mail merge it is printing two sided. there is no option to turn if off.
Screen shot obviously didn't make it
I can select the printer
presets with a drop down
- default settings
- last used settings
- black and white
- black and white draft
- color
______
- Save current settings as default
- show presets
next drop down
-Copies and pages
- MS word
______
- Media and quality
- paper handling
cover page
- water mark
________ SUPPLY LEVELS
With copies and pages I can select # of copies
collated
Pages
- All
- curent page
-selection
-from x to x
page range
There is no two sided option.
- last used
I am tired of dealing with this stuff every time I try to print, if it is not one problem it is another

Hi,
Follow these steps to disable two sided printing:
Open the file you would like to print. From the File menu select Print. The Print window appears.
NOTE: The Print window might be minimized. Click the Show Details button to see all available settings.
Click the settings drop down, it will usually appear as the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications.
Select Layout from the drop-down menu.
Set the Two-Sided option as Off.
You may save the settings as a preset by clicking Presets > Save Current Settings as Preset...
By doing so and completing the print job these settings will remain default till another preset will be used in the future.
