My HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One printer started printing in only blue and green.  After doing multiple troubleshooting with tech support they told me to mail in it and they would send me a new one because it was under warranty.  They sent me a label and I mailed it off.  I have the FedEx receipt that states it was delivered.  I have  the email from HP stating it was delivered.  Then, they close my case without sending me my printer.  When I call back they try and open a  new case - and then try and send me a new label to return a printer I no longer have.  A printer that is sitting in an HP warehouse somewhere.  NO ONE is understanding.  This has happened at least 3x.  IDK what else to do.  I homeschool and a printer is necessary. Sending stuff off to Staples isn't exactly feasible everyday.

Oh my goodness...HP...I can't believe how terrible your customer service is.  You have my printer sitting in your warehouse somewhere  and I am just stuck with nothing?  At this point, I would have rather just printed everything in the blue and green it was giving me.
