Hi, I've had a similar issue with my HP printer before. Here’s what worked for me:
Clean Contacts: Remove the cartridges and gently clean the gold contacts with a soft cloth.
Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check Cartridges: Make sure you’re using genuine HP cartridges and they are properly seated.
Update Firmware: Check for firmware updates on the HP website and install any available updates.
